Every order is prepared with care, shipped in discreet packaging and can be returned within thirty days.
Delivery
Your order ships within 48 to 72 hours after validation, in careful and discreet packaging. You can choose delivery to a pickup point or to your home.
- Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days.
- European Union: 3 to 6 business days.
- International: 5 to 10 business days.
- Tracking is sent as soon as the parcel ships.
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the carrier receives the parcel.
Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days to change your mind. Contact us and we will explain the return process.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags.
- Refund within 14 days after reception and inspection.
- Size exchanges are possible while stocks last.
